User Feedback

User Feedback is a communication tool that allows the user to provide feedback to the development team or to other users. Although it can be a standalone application, it works best embedded inside other applications so users can provide comments/queries or report bugs on particular features of the application to the development team.

Features

Users can initiate the User Feedback tool from the application menu bar. The User Feedback will be opened in a new window that has the capabilities:

1. Take a snapshot of the current view of the parent application.
   
2. Draw on the image using the mouse.
3. Write comments.
4. Attach files.
5. Send the content by email to a recipient.
6. Submit the information to the development team. Information will be automatically stored in Bugzilla database.
